In order to provide a holder for a push-button operated office unit consisting of a column, which can be mounted on a table top, having a self-locking hinged arm, the hinged arm being hinged by the one end part on the column part and by the other end part on an end of a further supporting arm, on whose free end a supporting plate is arranged, and comprising two housing half shells, which are supported such that they can rotate about shafts which are held on the column and on the supporting arm respectively, there being additionally arranged between the housing shells a rail or a pair of rails whose ends are hinged eccentrically on hinge discs arranged on the hinge shafts, which hinge discs are a component of the column or of the supporting arm respectively, which holder permits improved legibility of the units or similar arranged on the supporting arm in any relative pivoting position, it is proposed that the radial distance between the hinge points (9, 10) of the rail (6) and the hinge shafts (11, 12) is different, the distance (a) from the hinge point (9) on the hinge disc (7) on the column side being greater than the distance (b) from the hinge point (10) on the hinge disc (8) on the supporting arm side. <IMAGE> |
