DETECTING METHOD OF FOCUSING POSITIONS BY CHROMATIC ABERRATIONS OF LENS

PURPOSE:To determine focusing positions readily and accurately by letting the luminous fluxes of mutually different wavelengths having passed through an objective lens enter photo detectors disposed in nutaully conjugate positions and detecting the coincidence point between the extreme values of the outputs of both photo detectors when the objective lens is focused.
