The flushing valve has lever actuated spool element in water flow path and additional valve with ball closure element. The liquid can flow past the valve and can flow out through outlet in all spool positions except closed position. The valve is automatically closed step by step while the water flows through valve for flushing purposes. Ultimately the valve arrives in closed position and blocks further water outflow. The valve uses a reciprocated lever which is associated with a spring which biasses the valve in its initial position.
