<p>The core inlay, for filling electric cables, consists of a long string. This string is made of shape-retaining elastic insulating material contg. no bearers or reinforcement. The string is made of thermoplastic rubber, polyurethane, a copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate and ethylene ethyl acrylate, a blend of polymers (e.g. polyethylene and ethylene propylene rubber or butyl rubber or polyisobutylene) or of plasticised PVC. The mfr. gives adequate water tightness.</p> |
