<p>The system secures a fixing device in a hole in a porous or cavity wall by spraying round the device, which is held centrally in the hole by a ring pressed into the latter. The portion of the device protruding from the hole has means for securing items etc. while its portion inside the hole has locking portions(3). A fabric sleeve(7) is fitted over the latter portion, closed at the forward end and secured at the rear end to the ring. A cage can be fixed to the ring, the sleeve being in turn fitted over the cage, and secured to its end, or to that of the device by a cap or stopper. The cage can comprise two or more lengthwise bars fixed to the ring and to a further one at the forward end.</p> |
