<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title extrusion molded part capable of facilitating the operations in later steps by manufacturing the extrusion molded parts to be continuously formed using a band type metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting part 11 is molded by performing a series of extruding steps on an aluminum sheet 31. Thus, when a sliding piece 10 is integrated into the adjusting part 11, the operations, etc., in the assembling step of the adjusting part 11 can be facilitated by carrying and holding the aluminum sheet 31 using feeding holes 32. Furthermore, this adjusting part 11, even if it is compact, can be molded. Besides, when punched parts 33, 34 are provided to extrude circular parts 35, the adjacent other circular parts 35 need not be affected at all furthermore, when protrusions (stepped part) 36 are formed to perform the extruding step, the deformed shifting of the protrusions 36 can be restricted to enhance the machining precision. On the other hand, the lightening holes 37 are previously made to cut down the needless volume in the extrusion step so that the protrusions 36, etc., may be molded with high precision.</p> |
