<p>PURPOSE:To newly provide a solid image conversion element for converting near infrared rays into a visible image by sending near infrared rays from an EL layer side in a simple diffusion type laminated body without forming an opaque layer between EL layer and PC layer, being different from the conventional X-ray image conversion element. CONSTITUTION:A solid image conversion element is a diffusion type laminated body and comprises a clear electrode layer 4, an electric field light emitting body layer 6, a dielectric body layer 8, a photoconductive body layer 10 and a rear electrode 12 sequentially laminated on a clear substrate 2; and the photoconductive body layer has the spectral sensitivity in an infrared region at the wavelength side longer than that of the visual light of the light emission distribution of the electric field light emitting body layer and is made of those which cause photoconductive effect due to the infrared rays entered from the clear substrate.</p> |
