<p>PURPOSE: To automatically grind a cutting tool to cut a sheet by providing a means to rotate the cutting tool while oscillating it, and providing a grinding means to grind the cutting tool. CONSTITUTION: A punch is lowered while a servo motor is driven at a high speed in a condition where a vertical blade (cutting tool) 20 is elevated, and a sheet is punched by the punch. A pair of grinding tabs 42, 43 are pressed against the vertical blade 20 oscillated by an oscillating means to grind the blade. The vertical blade 20 is lowered to cut the sheet. Grinding pads 42, 44 are separated from the vertical blade 20, the grinding work is interrupted, the ground vertical blade 20 is fed into the sheet to cut the sheet while rotated.</p> |
