<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to reduce cost by providing a hole where a shaft is inserted and a fixing ring fixing the movement of the shaft at a position decentered from the center of the hole. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 5 is inserted in the holes of a mount 1 and a rotating fixing ring 3, and is fixed to a slip-off check and a frame 4 by a screw. The mount 1 has the hole 1' made on the center A, and has the center B provided at the position decentered from the center A. It has the hole C made with respect to the center B. The rotating fixing ring 3 has the hole 3' whose axis with respect to the hole C becomes coaxial with the center A at a certain position. When the fixing ring 3 is rotated in a direction shown by an arrow, the hole 1' is superposed on the hole 3' shown as an oblique line part D. The movement of the shaft 5 in a rotating direction can be fixed by friction by the pressing of the oblique line part D.</p> |
