<p>PURPOSE:To prevent change in resistance due to adhesion of dust, etc., by laser trimming by forming a coating film which laser light transmits on the surface of a resistance film which is formed on the outer surface of an insulator. CONSTITUTION:A resistance film 3 is formed on the outer surface of a cylindrical insulator 2 and metal caps 1 are fitted to the both ends of the insulator 2 so that the metal caps 4 may be electrically connected to the resistance film 3. Laser light transmits onto the resistance film 3. For example, a coating film 5 made of a transparent resin can be formed. Thus, since the coating film 5 which laser light transmits is coated on the surface of the resistance film 3, laser trimming can be made after forming this coating film 5, thus preventing change in resistance due to adhesion of dust, etc.</p> |
