摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a filler which can improve anisotropy in contraction of a molded product and mechanical strength, by a method wherein a molten matrix is molded into a thin sheet, an electrode is passed through by applying an adhesive agent to the tin sheet, a fiber is stuck to the thin sheet with electrostatic attraction, the adhesive agent is solidified and the thin sheet is cut into thin pieces of fixed dimensions. CONSTITUTION:Molten glass 12 within a melting furnace 1 is injected through an injection hole 14, pulled out through a gap between a pair of molding rollers 2, molded into a glass sheet 16 and cooled for solidification by a cooling fan 18 of a cooling tank 3. A UV setting type adhesive agent 19 is applied to te undersurface of the glass sheet 16 through an adhesive agent feed roller 21. Fibers 37 spread over a conveyor belt 29 is flown by voltage impressed between an electrode sheet 23 and conveyor belt 29, an end face of the fiber is stuck to the glass sheet 16 electrostatically for adhesion, in an electrostatic processing part 7. Ultraviolet rays are applied to the glass sheet 16 by a UV irradiation lamp 38 in a stationary furnace 8, the adhesive agent is cured, cut into pieces of fixed dimensions by a cutting roller 10, dropped into a recovery box 11 and a filler in a desired form is obtained.
