PURPOSE:To produce a skin integrated multilayered molded product consisting of a skin material and a core material resin not generating the damage of the skin material at all and excellent in the adhesiveness of the skin material and the core material resin. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a skin integrated multilayered molded product consisting of a skin material whose cushioning layer is composed of a polyolefinic foamed resin and a core material resin composed of a polyolefinic resin, an adhesive layer composed of low m.p. polyolefin is interposed between the skin material layer and the preformed core material resin layer. Therefore, the use of the skin material having a flexible cushioning layer high in foaming magnification or a non-crosslinked cushioning layer can be-come possible in the skin integrated multilayered molded product and this molded product can be utilized as an interior material for a car or an exterior material for a household electric product having a soft feeling and a high-grade feeling.
