<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the molding capacity by classifying and uniforming the particle size distribution of granulation powder without lowering liquid conveying speed of raw material slurry. CONSTITUTION:Zinc oxide is used as the principal component; subcomponents for inducing the nonlinear characteristics and an organic binder are added to the principal component; they are mixed together with a mixer 11; this mixed slurry is wet-classified by a forced classifying machine 12 capable of forcibly filtering with the classification point less than 150mum, continuously washing the classifying surface and ejecting sludge; and the slurry is defoamed in a defoaming tank 13 and then sprayed and dried with a spray-dryer 14 for producing granulation powder. The granulation powder is molded, baked and turned into a resisting body nonlinear in voltage. Said granulation powder has uniform particle size distribution and good fluidity, so that clogging during molding can be eliminated and molding capacity can be improved. Also, internal defects of the resisting body can be reduced and the quantity of lightening surge discharge can be improved.</p> |
