摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in size of a pipe and to obviate the deformation of the pipe during its heating process so as to produce a preform rod which contains a reduced quantity of unnecessary impurity and which has a large core diameter by suing a refractory pipe place of a glass pipe in a lining CVD method.
