<p>The power generation system has a conventional turbine (10) with an evaporator (9) and a condenser (11) with a feed pump (8) between them. The working fluid is evaporated in the evaporator (9) by heat exchange with a second fluid in a heat pump circuit (A). The second fluid is condensed (5) in this process and the flows through an expansion valve (6) into an evaporator (7). It absorbs heat in this from the condenser (11) of the working fluid. The secondary fluid is then pumped (1, 3) through heat exchangers (2, 2', 4) in which it collects low grade heat from the atmosphere which it carries and transfers to the working fluid in the secondary condenser (5).</p> |
