Tertiary conveyor for doubling the output of a foam casting machine - allowing papers to be cast in pairs instead of singly

The output of a machine casting slabs of phenolic foam between two vertical conveyors with rigid faces is doubled by increasing the distance between the conveyors and interposing a third conveyor as a mobile partition so that pairs of slabs are cast simultaneously between the partition and the two conveyors. Used esp. for mfr. of panels of phenolic foam to close thickness tolerances. The modification is simple and cheap compared to the basic machine cost.
