<p>A process for the isolation of glycoproteins from paramyxovirus comprises treating said virus with a cationic compound to selectively solubilise the glycoprotein components, and separating said solubilised components from the residual sub-viral particles. The glycoprotein components may be compounded with a liquid diluent, thereby to produce a paramyxovirus vaccine.</p> |
