Magnetic stabiliser for trailer drawbar - has magnetic clutch fitted with star shaped magnets

The drawbar is fitted with a separate clutch offset from the line of the drawbar and with a rotating joint. This has a star shaped permanent magnet over a core coupled to the other vehicle so that rapid angular movement between the towing unit and the trailer is damped. The system can be fitted to any drawbar and provides a simple and permanent stabilisation which does not require any external power source or adjustment.
