<p>Dispenser includes a dispensing chamber disposed below a discharge port of a mixing bowl, and itself having a further discharge port. A plunger is mounted in the dispensing chamber and is operated to dispense mix from the chamber through the further dispensing port during a discharge stroke. Pref. the plunger includes a head having a one way valve which permits flow of mix from one side of the head to the other during a reverse stroke. Used to discharge a bakery mix from a large size mixing bowl. The necessity for manhandling the mixing bowl to dispense the mix. is eliminated. Wastage of the mix is prevented.</p> |
