The semiconductor solar cell comprises parallel strip-shaped transparent electrodes (2,4) and semiconductor layer (3). The relations between the transparent electrode, the semiconductor layer, and the other side electrode are following that a >= 10b, a >= 10c , and a >= 10d in which a is the distance between the long side of the electode and the opposite long side of the other electrode, b is the distance between the long sides of the electrodes, c is the distance between the covered sides of the elcetrodes, and d is the distance between the covered-long sides of the electrodes. |
