<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the phenomenon of generating the sag or excess tension in the rolled material depending on the sudden change of the rolling load, and also, to lighten the fluctuation of tension during the rolling work, by controlling the rotational speed of work rolls depending on the signal for detected expansion or contraction of the elastic body supporting the work rolls so as to be movable forward and back in the direction of the rolling.</p> |
