<p>Discloses a device for spraying, using a pump rather than an aerosol can, a viscous non-stick liquid cooking preparattion onto a heated cooking surface or griddle. The cooking surface is heated to a temperature of substantially 385.degree. - 400.degree. F. A heat conducting stand has legs resting on the cooking surface which conducts heat to a heat conductive support plate at the top of the stand, and to which the container for the liquid to be sprayed is clamped. The heated plate and legs warm bottle to the right temperature for warming the cooking preparation to a temperature at which the pump can spray it through a spray nozzle onto the cooking surface. The device avoids aerosol cans, and permits heat derived from the heated cooking surface to reduce the viscosity of the liquid cooking preparation so as to permit spraying it onto the cooking surface. This combination of parts and the operation thereof is entirely new.</p> |
