摘要

Heat-insulating window pane coated with a layer which is transparent for visible light but reflecting in the infra-red range and consists of In2O3 highly doped with Sn and owing to a high density of the free charge carriers reflects heat radiation in a degree such that it can be very thin(15 /um) so that no discolorations (colour striao) occur which are due to interference effects.
