<p>The muscle energy converter assist system (10) features a cylinder (16) having a chamber (18) with assist output port (20), and a piston (12) disposed therein. Magnetic sections (22) on the piston (12, 24) within the cylinder (16) promote frictionless movement while rolling diaphragms (28, 30) provide a freely movable seal (26).
