The invention relates to an injection syringe which comprises a cartridge provided with an injection needle as well as a cartridge holder. The cartridge holder is provided with resilient tab-like elements which at one side and at an acute angle are connected to the inner surface of the holder and for the remaining part are clear of the cartridge holder. The free ends engage with a neck portion of the cartridge, thereby locking the cartridge in the holder.
