<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a condition as hardly giving a defective soldered state, and ensure high deformation resistance as well as freedom from an obstruction to the visual inspection of a soldered state, regarding the terminal of an electronic part soldered to the land of a circuit board. SOLUTION: A terminal 2 for external connection is caulked and fixed with a terminal holder (synthetic resin material), thereby being held in both thicknesswise and breadthwise directions. In addition, the end of the terminal 2 projected toward the terminal holder 7 is half-punched to form a step 2b, thereby forming a deviated thickness part 2a reduced toward a bottom for other areas. In this case, the zone of the bottom of the reduced thickness part 2a continuous to a terminal edge 2c is formed to have a tapered part 2d inclined in a direction for reducing the thickness of the deviated thickness part 2a.</p> |
