Production of precision sintered body

摘要

Production of precision sintered body made of ceramic powder having a grain distribution of 0.1-45 mm and (in)organic additives having a grain distribution of 0.5-10 mm comprises cold isostatic pressing the powder and additives to a cold-sealed green body with subsequent mechanical precision processing to a finished moulded part, which is then sintered. The material for carrying out the process is also claimed, comprising a ceramic powder consisting of nitrides, especially silicon nitride.
