The box section for a prefabricated house, to form an outside wall. Each box section has two grooves (4) at the top and bottom. The inside (2) is joined to the outside (1) by a parallelepiped shaped piece (3) which has dovetailed protruding ends. The inside of the box section incorporates insulating material which can consist of fibre, powder, solid material or foam. The box sections are assembled by crosspieces with dovetailed ends. The material comprising the outer wall is of waterproof panels.
