<p>The compounds are N-substituted-dihydroxyphenethyl-amines which are cardiotonic agents, central nervous system depressant and analgetic agents. Representative of the compounds disclosed are N-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenisobutyl)-.beta.-(isopropyl)-3,4-dihydroxyphenethylamine and N-(3,4-methyl-enedioxyphenisopropyl)-.beta.-(isopropyl)-3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl-amine.</p> |
