PURPOSE:To improve the angle resolution in an azimuth direction and a signal- to-noise ratio by summing up image parts overlapping each other in successive frames on incoherent basis. CONSTITUTION:A signal received by an antenna 1 is received by a receiver 4, and processed successively by a pulse compression processor 5, range gate device 6, and azimuth compression processor 7, whose output is inputted to an adder 18. The adder 18 is so controlled by a controller 21 as to sum up signals of corresponding picture elements of adjacent frames. The output of the adder 18 is supplied to a display device 8 and also fed back to the adder 18 through a shifter 19 and a display area setter 20. |
