SOLUTION: When an execution request of a job like FAX receiving print, etc., occurs, a whole controlling part that is stored as a program of a main CPU 30 refers to a job management table that is stored in NVRAM 34 and decides whether a requested job can be carried out or not from the hardware configuration of a combined image forming device, the class of a job that is currently executed and its phase.
