PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed contact apparatus with which deterioration of contact switching function can be prevented. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a sealed contact part AA and a driving part BB to drive a movable core 8 and the sealed contact part AA comprises a sealed container 1, a fixed terminal 2 having a fixed contact 2a, a movable contactor 3 having a movable contact 3a which is brought into contact with and parted from the fixed contact 2, a bottomed cylindrical part 10 housing a movable core 8 so moved as to contact or part these contacts and a fixed core 7 to regulate the position on the opposite to the movable core 8, a first joining member 11 air-tightly joined to the bottomed cylindrical part 10, a second joining member 12 composing air-tight space A to house both contact 2a, 3a and both cores 7, 8 by being air-tightly joined to the closed container 1 and the first joining member 11 in a manner that a gas such as hydrogen can be air-tightly sealed, and a movable axis 4 joined to the movable core 8. In this case, an insulating member 21 having an sprightly installed insulating piece is installed in the air-tight space A. By the insulating piece, the arc generated between the fixed contact 2a and the movable contact 3a and the joining part S between the sealed container 1 and the second joining member 12 are insulated. |
