<p>The machine is built in part from the power unit of a conventional agricultural tractor i.e. the engine and the driven wheels. A rectangular chassis is connected to the power unit, presenting an open space in front of the driver. Two front wheel are mounted so that they can move upon and down relative to the chassis, as one moves up the other moves down. The wheels are steered via links which a are connected to the steering wheel via a steering box. The hitch for carrying implements comprises pivotally mounted lower links which are adjustable by hydraulic jacks and an adjustable link. Provision is made for power drive to the implement from the engine.</p> |
