PURPOSE:To easily monitor states of facilitates to be monitored from a place other than a central monitoring room by outputting audible fault and warning messages from a local radio paper. CONSTITUTION:This facility monitoring system is provided with a remote processor 7 which is connected with (n) (n: a positive integer) sets of facilities 81-8n to be monitored and controlled, receives monitoring information, and transmits controlling information and a central processor 3 which is connected with the processor 7 through a communication channel 11, receives monitoring signals from the processor 7, and transmits controlling signals to the processor 7. In addition, a transmitter 2 associated with a local radio paper 1 is connected with the processor 3 and audible fault and warning messages on the facilities are outputted from the paper 1. Therefore, an security attendant can monitor the facilities even when he patrols or carries on maintenance works on the facilities. |
