PURPOSE:To improve gas barrier properties, etc., by forming a laminate of a layer of a polyester resin composite containing specific composition, and a polyalkylene terephthalate layer containing ethylene terephthalate constituent unit as a main unit. CONSTITUTION:5 - 25 pts.wt. of polyhydroxypolyether and 0.05 - 1.5pts.wt. of fatty acid, fatty acid salt or fatty acid ester are mixed with 100pts.wt. of polyalkylene terephthalate containing ethylene terephthalate constituent unit as a main constituent unit to prepare polyester resin composite. A layer made of the polyester resin composite and a layer made of the polyalkylene terephthalate containing ethylene terephthalate constituent unit as a main constituent unit are laminated to form a polyester resin laminate. When the laminate is employed, a laminate, an oriented molding, etc. having excellent transparency can be obtained. |
