The product which is photoluminescent in its bulk comprises a synthetic binder and crystalline fillers whose light transmissivity coefficient (Tr) is at its maximum in a range extending from the ultraviolet to the infrared; it additionally comprises at least one phosphorescent substance, "upstream" products drawing energy from short wavelengths ( lambda ). The above product is advantageously applied to the fields of building and of textiles.
