PURPOSE:A reference pattern in which a circuit figure clear in size relation is arranged is picture-taken, its center coordinate is detected by a pattern-matching circuit, and from the position relation, figure distprtion amount at respective parts of the pickup unit are measured, thereby finding the true position of the measured figure. |
