Packaging box constituted by a tubular lateral wall with a polygonal or curved cross-section, adapted to receive at its respective ends, a bottom and a cover held in place by any conventional means, said lateral wall being constituted by the superposition by gluing of a plurality of layers each formed by strips of flexible material juxtaposed transversally and extending longitudinally over the whole height of the box, the strips of two at least of the layers being angularly offset over the periphery of said lateral wall. Boxes may be formed from an initial tubular structure formed by superimposing the strips around a mandrel under the pressure of rollers. <IMAGE> |
