PURPOSE:To make possible the exact sure application of even a little quantity of lubricating oil, by cobering the external surface of the hollow roll, in which many drill-holes are drilled, with a covering material of a good oil permeability, and then, by feeding the oil into the inside of the roll that transfers the oil onto the surface of the rolling roll. |
