PURPOSE:To conform to a delay time requested on the side of a load unit by storing a nonvolatile memory with a maximum delay time in the reporting operation of the detection of power interruption and a maximum current time product value and then deciding a timing for reporting the detection of power interruption optimal for a load based on a time count after occurrence of power interruption and a measured current value. CONSTITUTION:A current measuring circuit at an inverter section (e) measues a current consumption I. A current time product is also calculated. When power consumption of load is high, a maximum current time product AH is reached earlier than a maximum delay time TD and thereby a power interruption detection report is fed to a load unit within a time TA which is shorter than TD. When power consumption of the load is low, counting proceeds upto TD without waiting a time TB at which the current time product reaches AH, and a power interruption detection report is fed to the load unit. |
