PURPOSE:To regulate the seat-separating amount of a valve piece automatically in accordance with temperature by providing a valve piece on a valve seat with a valve hole to be easily separated and adopting an automatic regulation plate using a thermally-bending metal plate for regulating the seat-separating amount of this valve piece. CONSTITUTION:The illustration shows the example of a valve device used for a refrigerator compressor; a valve seat 4 with a discharging valve hole 3 is provided on a chamber wall 2 of a compression chamber 1, while a thin-plate- shaped valve piece 5 is provided on the valve seat 4 to be seated and separated. An automatic regulation plate 9 is provided above the valve piece 5 to regulate the seat-separating amount of the valve piece 5 automatically. It is constructed of a shape-memorizing alloy plate 10 to be transformed at a temperature between a compressor intermission temperature and a driving temperature and a plate 11 to draw up the plate 10 to the side of the valve piece 5 at the state of low temperature. This construction permits to use the thermally-bending effect of the regulation plate 9 for regulating the seat-separating amount of the valve piece 5 automatically. |
