A practice wall is for ball games. It is esp. used for tennis practice with at least one wall element fitted with a playing surface. The wall element can be fixed in at least two positions with different inclinations to a vertical plane through a base on a support foot made from concrete. The top surface of the base (3) and/or the bottom surface of the support foot (2) are subdivided into at least two surface sections inclined towards each other with their planes enclosing an angle of about 20 degrees. The top surface of the base (3) or the bottom surface of the support foot (2) include surface sections positioned symmetrical to the vertical plane. At least one of the surfaces is curved.
