PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a printing surface for transaction content from the surface and reverse sides of a detailed statement by providing a reversing mechanism for reversing the detailed statement on a carrying passage for carrying the detailed statement so that the surface side or reverse side of the detailed statement can be selected by an external instruction. SOLUTION: A rolled sheet 2 to form a detailed statement 16 is charged in a detailed statement hopper 1 and rotated by a driver roller 3, and the top end of the sheet 2 is separated from the roll by a separator 4 and guided to a carrying passage 5 for carrying the sheet. The sheet 2 is carried to a printing part 7 by a sheet carrying roller 6, and the transaction content is printed on the detailed statement 16 as a printing medium. After the transaction content is printed, the timing mark 27 of the sheet 2 is detected by a sensor 24, and the sheet 2 is cut in a prescribed length by a cutter 10 to form the detailed statement 16. The detailed statement 16 is released from a detailed statement releasing port 15 by carrying rollers 11, 12, 13 and issued to an end user.
