PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor position control device for which the precision of the floor position control is increased by constituting a structure wherein the supporting of a floor load, the position control of the floor and a vibration prevention of a rotating cabin are shared. SOLUTION: On a circular frame 10 which is fixed to a turning ring with a connecting rod 11 such as a Ferris wheel, a transparent cabin cover 15 is rotatably attached around the central axis S. In the cabin cover 15, a floor 20 is fixed, and thus, a rotating cabin 5 is constituted. This floor position control device 1 is equipped with a floor posture driving part 30 which is loaded on the lower surface of the floor 20, and a floor position control part to control the revolution speed of a geared motor 31 of the floor position driving part 30 in such a manner that the floor 20 may be horizontally set by detecting an inclined angle of the floor 20 (or a turning angle of the rotating cabin 5). The floor 20 is stably supported on the wheel turning surface 12 of the circular frame 10 through a wheel 25, and a sprocket wheel 33 is engaged with a ring- form pin gear 35, and slips do not occur, and the precision of the floor position control is increased.
