PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform attachment to the appropriate part of a motor-driven type medical device and to perform an operation at any position on the device. SOLUTION: Near the attaching part of a column part 4 facing the bottom side of the fence part 5 of a storage type side fence 2, this operation unit 6 is detachably screwed. The operation unit 6 is provided with a hand switch 7 and a cord reel 9. Buried nuts 14a, 14b and 14c are planted to positions respectively matched with the screw holes 13a-13c of the peripheral edge part 12 of a case at the attaching part of the fence part 5 corresponding to the case 10 of the cord reel 9. Also, a magnet 15 for stably holding the hand switch 7 mounted on the pull-out port 11 of a signal cable 8 in the case 10 of the cord reel 9 is provided.
