PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a smooth flow even though more energy than necessary is not applied to fluid flowing in a pipe body. SOLUTION: This straightening tool 3 for a pipe body which is formed into a cylindrical body having a smaller diameter than the inside diameter of a pipe body 2 and also whose cross sectional shape is formed into a blade type so that a flow speed of fluid along the outer side is improved, is attached to the inside of the pipe body 2 filled with fluid consisting of liquid or gas, thereby a straightening pipe body 1 is formed so as to perform straightening in the inside thereof, and the straightening tool 3 for the pipe body 2 is attached to the inside of the pipe body 2 so as to be arranged coaxially with the pipe body 2.
