PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure water preparing and vending machine which can supply pure water to a vessele which a customer brings and can supply a certain quantity of pure water to pet bottles, which the customer brings, separately several times. SOLUTION: This vending machine is connected to a city water supply source, and supplied city water is filtered by a back permeation film water purifier and is stored in a water tank, and the output to supply pure water on reception of payment of a prescribed amount of charge by coins is operated by a coin timer 18. The coin timer 18 is provided with a temporary stop button 23 to be able to stop the supply of pure water on the way of water supply, and the button 23 is depressed again to supply water again.
