1536823 Cadmium mercury telluride COMINCO Ltd 2 June 1977 [11 June 1976] 23344/77 Heading C1A The resistivity, electron mobility and carrier lifetime characteristics of cadmium mercury telluride single crystals are improved by heating at 200-400‹ C. in the presence of Te and Hg at a temperature up to 40‹ C. above the temperatures of the Te and Hg. The telluride is preferably Cd x Hg 1-x Te where x=0À17-0À40. |
