SOLUTION: This worm gear looseness prevention device for a shutter blind speed adjustment mechanism is constituted so that a pressing member 25 is directly made to abut on the circumferential surface of a worm 17 in the shutter blind speed adjustment mechanism provided with a worm wheel 16 adjusting the spring force of a driving spring 5 for adjusting the blind speed of a shutter blade and the worm 17 for rotating the wheel 16 in a prescribed direction.
