PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug socket checker by which the inspection of the polarity of the plug socket and the operating test of an earth leakage breaker can be performed in the same place and by using the same device. SOLUTION: A plug-in blade 21, a plug-in blade 22 and a plug-in blade 31 are provided in such a way that they can be plugged in a plug-in port 41, for a power-supply voltage pole, a plug-in port 42, for a power-supply grounding pole, and a plug-in port 43, for a grounding pole, which are formed at a plug socket 4. The plug-in blade 31 which corresponds to the grounding pole can be moved between a position protruding from a device body 1 and a position retreating from the device body separately from the other plug-in blades 21, 22.
